Feeling Like Pooh?

Hey everyone!

Today's card is for a friend that hasn't been feeling up to snuff.  While browsing Pinterest, I seen a card where she used Winnie the Pooh with the caption "Feeling Like Pooh" and I thought I had to use that.  So here's my rendition of it.

My friend Clarinda from Clarinda's Corner issued a challenge to make a Christmas card a day.  I'm a couple days late to start but I got one done.

This was one heck of a card to photograph and I still can't capture the sparkle it has.

Giving Thanks

Fall is probably my favorite time of the year.  The cool temperatures and the smell of peoples wood stoves burning along with the vibrant colors.

I used a file from My Scrap Chick to make the following card.  I hope you enjoy!

Hello Kitty Soft Kitty.....

little ball of fur....hahaha. Do you watch Big Bang Theory?  My husband and I love that show.  We are late to the party so I'm sure there's a lot of episodes we haven't seen but early this year you could've flipped on any channel and they were playing reruns.  Any who, when I was making this card, Sheldon's lullaby kept running through my mind. So we have Hello Kitty instead of warm kitty.

This was made for my cousin's little girl who likes two things.  Hello Kitty and American Girl dolls.

We recently moved and as I was unpacking I came across some old American Girl cookbooks that my parents had gotten me when I was a young girl.  Seeing as I don't have any kids of my own I thought who else to give them to then to my little cousin.  I know she will take care of them so I feel comfortable in letting them go.

So without further ado, here's Hello Kitty.

Come Bake With Me

Today I'm sharing a page from a recipe scrapbook that I have been wanting to start for a long while.

The layout came from the Mojo Monday Sketch.  Go take a look and I hope you can play along.

Any who, on to my project. The little girl is from Treasure Box Designs and the patterned paper is from Doodlebug Designs.  I used a Spellbinders die for the boarder.

Sail Away......

Hi blog land

I made this card for my husband who is currently working out of town for who knows how long.

I used the July card kit from Simon Says Stamp which I just love!  The sketch I used came from the MOJO Monday.
